One more comparison photo. In one week, it’ll be my “one year anniversary” of deciding to lose weight. I’ve only lost a minimal amount in the last couple months, but I’ve toned and trained and accomplished things I didn’t know I could. Things I definitely couldn’t have done one year ago. People ask me how I stay motivated: here it is. It’s amazing how much difference one year and dedication can make.
